They've offered 2 people that I know of, a full refund and they're keeping the items as a gesture of goodwill. Why shouldn't they do the same for you?! They can't do that for one and not the other! xx

Email them and see what they say. At the very least you will not have to pay the return postage cost as they accept there was an error in the product listing.

for anyone having problems with the very code. Littlewoods (the same company) also have the same offer with code 3UMMR.
I used to have an account with very that i closed a year ago but if i reopened with them they wouldnt have allowed the new code so i opened with littlewoods instead and it worked plus i went through quidco and got an extra 10% in cash back!
