Got my TJ Hughes order through today, gutted with them I ordered 7 as these were going to be gifts for the buy a child a gift campaign (well apart from one for Gabby) was going to send back but they want £10 deliver charge!!! Don't know whether to complain, really gutted

They've offered 2 people that I know of, a full refund and they're keeping the items as a gesture of goodwill. Why shouldn't they do the same for you?! They can't do that for one and not the other! xx

Really? Gosh will email tomorrow, if they did that would still give to charity but would be able to buy more things for the charity

Do complain. I have been fully refunded for the product and the postage and got to keep the aquadoodle too. Hopefully if you let them know they were for charity they will let you keep them. xxx

I got sent a free postage returns label by email, posted it off yesterday and sodding well got an email this morning from the same customer services person saying she'd heard of the mistake and was told to offer me a full refund and to keep the item. Doh!!

I am looking for a train set that will be suitable for a 3 year old. I want it to be mechanical/battery powered rather than just be pushed along.

Or a cheap wooden set from Tesco's £10 and they have a remote control train as well for their wooden tracks for around £6 (prices are estimates from when I bought lol) We've got the remote control train put away for this Christmas so can't tell you if it's any good or if it could haul other trains along the track with it.
