Send it back. I did that a few years ago with the bounce and spin zebra, bought the normal colour cos it was cheaper and then they reduced the pink.

My mum got it for her. How easy is it to return things to amazon I've never returned? Do you have to pay

I tried send something back last week and its seems such a faff!! They send an email with a prepaid label. You send it back and it takes upto a week for them to assess the product. Then a refund can take 3-5 working days apparently.

I took mine back to smyths and said id lost the recipt....they accepted and I got store credit cheeky I no but it worked
