Does anyone know if you have polycystic ovaries and you were to concieve has anyone ever felt an intense pain in there ovary like a pounding feeling I had this about a week ago on n off for one day in my right side was horrible to stand! Never had that before n when it happened I though it just my ovary giving me some grief but could it be because of conceiving. :/

It sounds like a cyst is rupturing ... I had that and the pounding sensation is how I would describe it.
