21 day bloods

Does anyone know how long it takes for the results? I am having them done tomorrow and am then off on holiday for 6 days.

Then I will be past cd1? Its to start clomid next month.
My HCG were always back by 4pm if they were in by 11am, and while 21 bloods are not urgent I was hoping for 3/4 days? Is this unrealistic??

I got mine back the next day but that is in the US so not sure about where you are. I would say give it a day or two and call to check up on them. My cousin is a midwife where I see my specialist at and she usually sends me a txt with any of my results before I even ask.

I will give it a couple of days, I cant see the gp for a week anyway as we are going on holiday, but I wanted to know if it would be in time for CD1.

we are going to portugal for 6 days so I might just leave until next fri, and see the gp the following monday......

Must be a Scotland thing, getting bloodys back that day! I have to get referred to the local hospital walk in phlebotomy 'suite' which is generally the next day. Then it is 5-10 working days to get the results, although to be fair it is usually 5 days.

Hi Crypto, I was told I had to wait till after my scan which is 4 weeks after CD21 bloods then wait for a further appointment which is in October??

I really cant complain about the hcg bloods- they were super efficient, however that was when they were taken at the hospital.

I think its unlikely the GP will get this lot to the lab by 11am, we are quite rural too. Its not urgent anway.

Oh the GP didnt mention a scan, but I did wonder. She has a special interest in fertility and the way she was speaking she would prescibe, and that would be it, to cutting the hanging about, but I did read somewhere that they like to keep an eye on things with clomid?

I didnt pay enough attention when she mentioned it as I really thought I would be pregnant! Doh!
