21 day progesterone level 54

I had been trying to concieve for over a year since my misscarriage last year, I do have a son of 16, but decided to try for another, I had my 21 day progesterone level, during this cycle, they came back with 54, I have not been using any clomid or nothing, is this normal ?

I also have had a BFP, which I am over the moon about but just on tuesday passed i had a scan to check my tubes ect, the doctor doing it said he could see 3 enlarged follicles what did he mean by that, and is 54 high for no clomid treatment??

54 would be a pregnancy reading. At 21 days you'd only just be at implant stage so it is a good reading. 3 enlarged follicles means you are just about to ovulate. From meory clomid has no effect on progesterone. I would say you are going to be looking at 2 lines when you test.

Agree , that level is a pregnancy level . Over 30 is considered good for ovulation signs . Good luck
