I just sat on the floor and lost control of my legs on the way down. They separated and the pain was real!! I hate spd! I had it terribly with ds2 and up until about a week ago it's been pretty mild this pregnancy. Not anymore, it's like being pregnant with ds2 all of over again, even worse maybe. I'm in so much pain.

It sucks doesn't it? I have this too and also had it with my dd2.

Have you been to the doctors about it? I'm planning on going to see a physiotherapist to see what they can do. Worth a shot right?

I told her about it before the pain got to be this bad and she referred me to a physical therapist. I don't think there's really much to help the pain other than delivery.

I'm 17+6 and I've just been diagnosed with spd - I've been told pain will only get worse. Thinking of you and hoping you can rest and get some relief.

Im 21+5 and i can feel mine creaping on :/
I had it in my last pregnancy and it got that bad the hospital put me on co-codamol
