Okay, so I have really terrible back ache with this little buba of mine due to her being low.
I want to know, do you have any ways of helping to ease back ache?

I mainly get it if I've been walking and I go to sit down for a few minutes.
Sometimes, I walk (and feel like) I have an older body and it's kind of stopping me from spending quality time with my son when my DH is at work. Which I don't want at all, as I love spending time playing with him and going out.

You can try spending a few minutes on your hands and knees to take pressure off your back, then sit and rest for a bit. Also, be mindful of your posture when you're standing, and maybe think of getting a belly support band. It can't hurt! :hugs:

No advice really,I just wanted to say I feel your pain :(.

My back is the same, I can't sit or lie for too long cause my lower back ceases up and it's hurts like hell to get myself up :( my GP just diagnosed PGP (pelvic girdle pain) it affects my hips, back and pelvic area. Doc just recommended rest when I can but not too much as you will cease up and stretches.
