22 weeks today and..

this morning I think I found a vein on my leg stickin out! I'm scared it could be varicose veins! AHHH!

So I've been keeping my feet elevated as much as possible, & at my ultrasound on Wednesday I'm going to ask my doctor about the support hose.

I'm going to take every precaution possible! Haha, no veiny legs for me.

aww iv got one vein that always stick out on my left leg..some days its like really out and others you can barely see it..dunno if its a varicose vein or not but my mum has them quite bad after having me so they might run n the familyx

My mom has them horrible :/ and so does my grandma.
So they definately do run in my family!

I heard there's just support hose and keeping your legs up. :/
Can't really stop them!

I had some on the back of my right leg before I was pregnant!
Apparently it was due to smoking & always having my legs crossed lol.
Mine hasn't got worse in pregnancy though.
& yeah I would definitley ask about the support for them, I've heard they are good

Ive been afraid of those. My legs are my favorite part about me. lol I should start wearing those just in case
