23 Years Old and TTC #1!

Hello!

I am 23 and DH is 26 and we got married 7 months ago. I came off BCP in November and we have been NTNP since then. This month is our first month actively TTC. I am currently 5 DPO. Looking for buddies to chat with as we begin this journey!

Welcome. I was 23 and hubs was 25 when we first stRted Ttc. Now I'm 24 and he's 26. We've bed trying for 11 months jus with a few months before ntnp or preventing occasionally, you know hos it goes. Lol how are you tracking your cycle?

It sounds like we have a lot in common Mrsgreen! I am tracking by cm, cervix position, and symptoms. I have always been relatively regular with 28-30 day cycles. I am thinking about tracking bbt as well, just not quite there yet. One thing at a time right? lol how are you tracking yours?

Juno with both feet in to the crazy! Lol I always used opks before my mc and after have picked up bbt. But this cycle I will be using both to try and confirm ov per doctors request. I also check the others but since they're not as reliable I decided to do more. I'm one of those people that NEED to know. I highly suggest bbt since it's cheap and can take a couple months to get a pattern.

Where are you at in your cycle?

I do want to start temping but I know that I will begin to become obsessed haha I am thinking I might start in March or April if no BFP before then. I am currently CD 28 and 8 or 9 DPO. Luckily, DH and I are renovating a house so that has kept my mind occupied lol Where are you at in your cycle?

Only cd 4 hoping I ovulate this month. Only time will tell but I'm staying positive!

Hey ladies . 5dpo today. Longest days of my life. I don't notice any symptoms . A little Crampy feeling but I do get that every now and then . Don't have high hopes for this month but we will see . I think I'm also gping to start bbt next cycle. My doctor suggested it as my O has a mind of its own apparently

Welcome, hopingsomeday I am with you, I feel like the wait is torture. 5 DPO is early to be having symptoms anyways. Some women don't have any symptoms at all the first few weeks after conception! I am 9 DPO and I am having trouble not testing but trying not to dwell too much. What will be will be. I have a major headache tonight and have been having vivid dreams but I don't think it really means anything. I have been sleep deprived and stressed so I think that is the cause of these symptoms.

Hi hoping! Bbt I really awesome! It's kind of nerve racking though. It's almost like a test every day. Lol

Beanie- I wasn't great at tracking before. But I think I ovulated almost every month if not every month. But I haven't since my miscarriage nov 6th.
When do you plan on testing?

I'm sorry to hear about your mc mrsgreen. BUT at least you know that the opportunity is there. You guys are definitely convincing me to start temping! I think I might start next month.

I plan to test Wednesday which would put me at 12 DPO. I have had a terrible headache since yesterday. Work is a serious struggle today lol Still convinced that it's because of stress and lack of sleep.

I already want to poas. It's totally an addiction. I'm going to start opks on cd 6 or 7. Which I know is early but I NEED too!

I will definitely post if I can figure it out! HA. I ALMOST tested today but I fought the urge.

cd 6 is coming up pretty quickly! Very exciting. How early do you normally test with OPKs? I am new to that as well.

Hi ladies, hope I can join in! Me and my SO have been ttc since April 2015, but since I have pcos and don't ovulate I was referred to an obgyn in August. Since then I had an pelvic u/s and sis test, and SO had an sa. Went for our follow-up last week and my tests came back good, and SO's test showed good volume and motility, but his morphology is at 14% and she wants to see it closer to 30%. I'm not too concerned though because apparently 14% is considered 'normal'. She gave us the green light though and I was prescribed clomid. Just finished my provera so waiting for af to show up, then taking clomid cd 3-7. It'll be my first cycle on clomid so I'm not too sure what to expect, but hoping I get to experience ovulation for the first time

I was really stressed before the appt because if anything came back bad then our chances were pretty much over. We're both relieved/happy and can't wait to finally start trying. Af usually starts five days after my last dose of provera, so I want to say Friday?

Hi Laura!

So glad you're getting answers. I haven't been on Clomid but I'm currently taking black cohosh, which is supposed to be a natural version of Clomid. I have heard Clomid makes cm dry up and lots of people reccomend preseed. Fx you'll ovulate!

Beanie- I normally wouldn't start my test so early but since I'm doing the cohosh I'm hoping I ovulate around cd 13 and I want to try every day in case I don't ovulate, I need it to show my doctor. She told me to keep everything.
