Hmm...that's tough. Maybe a shade of grey or a sea green? We're planning to paint our baby boy's room Sea Salt, by Sherwin Williams (see sample pic). You could always do a Whinne the Pooh theme for him, Piglet is pink and so would tie in with her color scheme.

I also think a grey would work well! It wouldn't fight with the pink in the room or look too crazy, it would complement it and still be very boyish.
 
Would opt fr that gray as well. Maybe add a little privacy screen next to crib? Baby won't need his own room as such, but it'll make it easier fr your DD if his 'territory' is clearly marked and doesn't spill into hers. As he grows, you can alter.
 
Dark grey, teal and pink would go really nice together i think :)
