Pregnant or just gaining weight? I have a cloudy discharge coming out of nipples while squeezed, my nipples have been sore, and I've been having cramping. My period isn't due till the 7th.

When was the last time you had your period? I have never heard of colostrum during early pregnancy. Could you have been pregnant for awhile and not know it?

Easiest way to find out, take a pregnancy test.

I've never heard of colostrum in early pregnancy either, seems it first shows up around week 16 (https://www.thealphaparent.com/2012/08/timeline-of-breast-changes-in-pregnancy.html) Plus it shouldn't be cloudy, it should be thick and yellow.

According to this article (https://www.merckmanuals.com/home/women's-health-issues/breast-disorders/nipple-discharge) it seems as if cloudy discharge can be normal:

A normal nipple discharge is usually a thin, cloudy, whitish, or almost clear fluid that is not sticky.

I'd say you should try taking a pregnancy test if you think you may be pregnant, that's the only way to know if you're pregnant or not.
