Wow! That's got to come as a surprise! It does happen--a woman on duty in Afghanistan recently gave birth without having realized she was pregnant at all. And one of my students' moms had a similar experience. Her second baby, too. But don't worry...a bunch of us folks who've known for ages are still just getting started.
Put the word out. Formerly pregnant ladies love to give things to currently pregnant ladies. And bear in mind what a lot of people have said--newborns don't really take much equipment. You basically need somewhere for them to sleep, a carseat, some clothes and some feeding and cleaning equipment.
Take it slow and easy, and do see if there's a seasonal job that might work, since that will give you a little extra income and may make you feel slightly more in control of things.
