I agree it's disgusting that neither of them have bothered since you stood up to FOB. You're right that he could have apologised and tried to sort something out. Really sounds like you and LO are better off without them. It's really not fair if he's happy now that he's seen LO and will now disappear until LO is older

I think it's easier if they are either involved completely or not at all. None of this only bothering when they feel like it.

I've not heard from FOB since the emails over Christmas time and like you it dawned on me it was pay day so he might be getting legal advice (even though my LO isn't here yet).

Id make sure thry both no that if they stay out of lo's life now... dont expect to come crawling back when he's older. He's not a toy you can pick up and drop again when they feel like it.

Just forget about them for now! Your doing a fab job and you dont need them!
