Any experts on BBT's? I'm newer to tracking. My basline seems to be right around 97.6. This month, during O, it jumped up to 98.7 and 98 for 2 days and went right back down to my basline. We did BD 2 days before the spike, so I konw we timed it just right. Now on 11DPO, my temp went back up to 98.3? After all I've read, the temp is supposed to remain elevated during the luteal phase??
Last month, after O, my temp stayed elevated in the 98's until 3 days before AF showed up. So I'm really confused what to make of my current cycle.
One more question.... Up until this point, I've been just counting days of my cycles. Should I start my DPO count from my initial temp spike, because if that is the case then I am just 9DPO???
This is my 4th cycle TTC baby #4. AF due on the 9th.
