2nd degree tear and episiotomy sewn too tight

I think Dr sewed me too tight when mending episiotomy and second degree tear. I'm in pain a from the steady pressure. It's been 11 days since baby was born. The stitching from the tear has pulled through and the episiotomy stitching I know is too shut. I remember how my vag looked before I'm scared the Dr's won't believe me.
