2nd scan tomorrow - so scared.

So I had a scan yesterday and an early pregnancy was seen and my womb lining was thick, it was the professor who scanned me, he tried to get the room with the better machine but it was being used, so he asked me to come back two days later for another scan on the better machine to make sure it is growing and to date me. The thing is his reasons make sense as as soon as we know it is growing I need to go on heparin, he also said he is particularly interest in this early stage of pregnancy and so it is as much for him as us BUT I have never heard of any one having a scan so close together, it makes me think he was hiding the fact it is going to be bad news.

Tasha, the first scan sounds really positive! You are so, so early it's impossible for him to hide anything... you want the better machine and to see a little fetal pole and crack on with the shots. PMA darling xxx

Hun so much changes in 2 days that I am sure he just wants to see what is going on. TBH the other one was so early that they wouldn't have been able to see anything wrong so it's not going to be that (That's supposed to be comforting in my head but not sure if it'll come out that way)

Does a lot change in two days though? I didnt think it did, thats why they usually wait a week. Your right he couldnt of seen anything wrong in the sac, and the sac was deffo there as I saw it. So I shouldnt be worried but I am.

Yeah 2 days can be the difference between seeing a fetal pole or not.

I had a scan with Jessica and they saw a sac nothing in it, next day they scanned me and saw a fetal pole.

They would have to tell you sweety, and like tulip said, there wouldn't really be anything he could hide from you at this stage. Good luck today, wishing for good news
