2week old with thrush.

I have a two week old daughter and took her to the doctor yesterday and she has thrush and is now on medicine i have to get her 4 times a day for two weeks.
I know you can get it from not steralizing the bottles and nipples and that's how the doctor told me she got it... but we do that everytime i clean the bottles, then i boil them in water for about 5-10 min.
am i doing something wrong with steralizing the bottles or is there another way she could have gotten thrush?

My lo has thrush, he was on an antibiotic drip in scbu when he was born which gp said is the reason... Have you googled it hun? X
