LO had a very big 3 month growth spurt last week. She was literally looking bigger one day to the next. But since this growth spurt her sleep pattern has become totally messed up. She was going to bed at 8pm, sleeping til 2am, then having 2-3 feeds between 2am and 8am. Now she just doesn't have a sleep pattern at all.

Anyone else had similar?
Any tips to get her back to as she was?

There probably isnt much you can do to get her back into it, if she found her own routine to begin with then she will get herself back into it.
We are quite lucky with Brian if for any reason like ilness or growth spurt he gets out of his normal pattern he normaly gets himself back into it within 2-3 days.
Its not just a physical growth spurt its a mental one as well so as soon as shes got her head around new things she is learning and experiancing shell soon go back to it :)

I was just going to say exactly the same as Smokey, as we had this experience with Erin. She had her growth spurt and her second jabs all at the same time, and she suddenly stopped sleeping through, which she'd been doing since 7 weeks, and was generally a diferent baby. But after a couple of weeks she settled down again, and she's been fine since. we just kept her to the same routine as much as we could and she worked it out for herself.
Don't despair, I'm sure your LO will do the same:hugs:

If Ronan wakes unusually early and is just awake or only fussing a little, I wait about 10 minutes before getting up, then go to the loo and have a drink of water before I go in, just to kill a little more time. Sometimes I change his nappy first but ultimately I'm trying to delay the feed as long as I can without him getting upset before I actually do feed him. If he really is hungry, I can tell and feed him straight away, of course. Whether it was just a one off thing or not that caused him to wake in the first place, his 'routine' tends to adjust back toward what he was doing before in 1-2 nights.

ahhh, glad i found this thread!
Noah has just hit 3 months and just had his 2nd jabs, he used to sleep 7.30pm-5am pretty much without fail but now he is waking at 1/2am as well as 5am :( sometimes even 11pm/12am :( hope he starts to sleep longer soon, i was enjoying not having to wake til 5 :haha: xx

I am in the same boat, Wren used to sleep from 8ish-4ish and then until 7.30ish now she wakes every 2 hrs again, hope she settles down soon.

Sorry no advice for you but wanted to let you know you are not alone!
