3 month old loss of appetite

Hi ladies, I feel really bad as I haven't been on here 4 a while but now I have a problem I'm back but right now I really need some thoughts/advise. My little princess is now 3 months old (14 weeks on Tuesday), the past couple of weeks her feeds have gotten shorter but more regular, this didn't really worry me as I guessed with it being so hot it made sense, I was happy she was keeping hydrated and was very happy generally. However the past two days have been a nightmare, she just isn't interested in feeding, yesterday she had 3 breast feeds and between 1pm and 9pm she only had 6oz of ebm. Today she's had 2 feeds this morning the 2nd was at 11am and lasted a good 45 mins but then she didn't feed again until 4pm (she slept for about 2.5 hours inbetween) and since then she's had 3 more feeds which have been a struggle as she's been really fussing at the boon almost fighting me. Her bed time feed was the worst, she fed for less than 10 mins before she gave up then she screamed everytime I tried to put her back on my blob so not wanting to force her I gave up and I put her to bed, 10 mins later she was crying like she was hungry but exactly the same thing happened. I'm getting worried so I'm going to take her to get weighed tomorrow to check she's still on track, but has anyone else had a similar experience? Her bottom gums have been a little red the past week and she has been dribbling more, could it be the start of teething? Could it just be the heat? Or should I be worrying about something else? I really appreciate any thoughts/ advice anyone could give me right now

I'm not sure what it could be but I would probably just keep offering every couple of hours max. There should be a HV at the weigh clinic when you go tomorrow so make sure you mention any worries.
