30 day challenges

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone here does these 30 day challenges? I tried the 30 day planking challenge last month but didn't finish it.
I done it for nearly 3 weeks and there was definite improvement. I really want to do it again but I'd like to try some other things too.
Anybody here got any experience with these challenges?

I haven't heard of this but I'm interested because I just posted in my journal for my BnB pals that we should do a 20day-30min walk per day challenge. I figured I'd start with 20 days and work my way up.

It's just called 30 day challenges? Off to google!

yes there are a few different challenges, I'm going to try doing a different one every 30 days. For myself I think its better to concentrate on exercising one set of muscles at a time.

I walk a lot too and we live at the bottom of. hill so my legs get a workout everyday. We live in apartment on the top floor so I'm going to use the stairs as often as possible instead of the elevator.
 
I moved up to 30 seconds yesterday and I was a bit shaky as it got past 20 secs!!

That's how I was when I done it the last time, it takes time to get used to it but eventually you get there and feel great after it. It's not that much time out of your day but you get a good workout out of it.
 
Im doing the 30 day shed with Jillian Michaels. I am only 4 days into it so far, but it's amazing! You should look into it.
 
I am also doing the shred, it's tough but you feel great after the workout! The plank challenge looks interesting!
