30 weeks distorted vision, lightheaded and pins and needles in hands? Anyone else?

Feeling pretty yuk today and all symptoms mentioned in title making me feel pretty awful. Anyone else have similar. Thinking maybe should call midwife tomorrow for advice but not sure if just normal?

How about giving nhs direct a call just to see what they say. No harm in that and fingers crossed it's another of those "Normal" symptoms!x
