omg today i feel sooooooo sick. well i have on and off for the past 3 days!!

apart from sore boobs this is the first time ive had any sort of symptoms.

does anyone have any tips on stopping the nausea or have any idea when it stops!?

xx

Try to force yourself to eat little and often, that worked best for me.

Nibbling ginger biscuits is good to, ginger is supposed to have good anti nausea properties, lol if thats even the right word

Yea i agree thats the only thing that helped me unfortuantly its still not stopped and little and often has stopped working. Good Luck hope it stops soonish for you, its meant to be 11-12 weeks!!

Oh and aparently those travel sickness bands for children work? My doctor told me that but never tried it.

i'm 30 weeks + ive still got mornin sickness, its different with different people. not much stops me from bein sick i just drink plenty of water an eat little meals throughout the day instead of 3 big main meals. i personally dont think the 'ginger biscuits theory' is true because i tried it an it didnt work at all.

hopefuly it wears of soon for you xxx

today has been my worst day ever :(

i passed out in a shopping center today, i think it may have had something to do with the heat aswell but ive never been a sicky person and just lately ive just had no energy. this baby is giving me hell :p lol.

Ive found that sipping water is making it slightly better but i may give the small meals and ginger buiscuits a go.

Only problem is i have issues with some foods (used to suffer with an eating disorder but now even though i eat healthily and im a healthy weight again i have OCD's about some foods. so hopefully as i get further into the pregnancy and bigger i wont have any bigger issues.)

Has anyone else had problems with Eating disorders in the past but had a healty pregnancy?

love charly
xx

i've had anerexia + bulimia. some days its harder than others but i know i have to eat properley for my baby. just take it one step at a time, you'l be fine :) xx

yeah i seem to be dealing pretty well atm ive put on 4lbs (and anyone who knows anything about eating disorders knows thats alot to someone who has suffered)

im just dreading it as i get bigger. but if i think of it as a baby and try and ignore it as actual "fat" i should be ok.
Luckily i have my mum who has been with me helping me deal with my ED since i was 13 and aldo my boyfriend who understands who and why the things that happened did. so they both know how to reassure me when i have a relapse.

On the morning sickness front. ive woken up this morning and none so far ;D

lets hope the rest of the day is as smooth sailing. but apparently its supposed to get alot hotter :(

Shouldnt complain really lol.

xx

omg ur names charly, im called charley and my bday is on the 19th december... the day your baby is due...

spooky

Plain saltine crackers and 7 up were my lifesavers in first tri!

Ginger Biscuits .. regular sleeps and sipping water kept mine sort ov undercontrol .. also try and avoid getting on the bus at all costs .. everytime i was sick loool !!

and 7up or sprite deffo !!

Well if I could I'd give you a trick, but no trick has worked for me yet so...

Rich tea seemed to help me but really I think you just have to wait it out, I do.

Because 13 is such a young age to be pregnant my symptoms are pretty bad too. They include nausea, back and neck pain, diahrea, and fatigue. Don't worry, if I can get through the symptoms you can too. I wish you the best of luck on you pregnancy.

try eating whe u feel sick or have a glass of milk that always helps me when i feel sick :)

i couldnt realy eat from when i was about 5 weeks preg til about 4 weeks after that, i drank ginger beer and lucozade they were my life savers, hope this helps, im nearly 4 months now and feeling so much better, its different for all woman.

Does age effect symptoms :\ I don't think they do. Maybe when you get older but not when you're young. Your body is clearly ready for babies and a 13 year old being married and pregnant although really uncommon here isn't for other parts of the world.
