37+4 2cm dilated aarrgghh!!!

Saw my mw today for my 38 week appointment n I mentioned I'd been having period like cramps so she examined me as could be dilating and yup... I'm 2cms!! She could feel babies head aswell!! Aarrgghh!!

Thank you everyone!! This is my second baby, I'm feeling okay, bit crampy from the internal but I'm hoping it will lead to contractions soon!!

I'm cramping quite a bit, any ideas how to give myself a helping hand here, sex? Is it just about getting the sperm around the cervix or is it little contractions from orgasm? Thank you x x

I'm 3cm dilated, I had a sweep Tuesday which didnt even work. I've tried curry and sex and still nothing happened, and I'm being induced tomorrow so hopefully that'll go quick!
