Lucozade and chocoloate about an hour before to half hour..... my ickle man was going crazy he really livened up!! x

Yeah something sugary for sure! I didn't know about this, so had to have a coffee and some sweets half way through to get my LO to move! Hope it all goes well and you get some great pics
