3mo old wish diarrhea

I've been exclusively bf my 3mo and the last couple days shes had really bad diarrhea. The only thing i can think of that would cause it is that we gave her a little bit of home made apple sauce like the day before thanks giving but it shouldn't have lasted this long and the last time we gave her some she didn't get diarrhea last time.

It could well be the apple sauce, she is far too young to be having food and her body will struggle to deal with it. How often is she going? is she ok otherwise?

shes only going maybe every 3hrs or so. but the apple sauce was days ago could is really still bothering her? Shes also got a pretty bad diaper rash but i think thats because i used to much bleach in her cloth diapers so i'm rewashing them

Apples can be quite acidic so that won't help with the rash. It could last for a week or so. Keep an eye on wet nappies to make sure she is staying hydrated.
