3rd round clomid failed, natural cycle Q's!

Hey Ladies, I have taken now 3 rounds of clomid, which have worked to make me ovulate but no bfp...

This month i'm only taking metformin, as with the clomid I have no EWCM at all...or no cp changes. Now 2day I've had loads of EWCM and my CP is very high!!! I'm so excited!! I'm currently on cd10.

My question is..am I ovulating now? or am I going to ovulate with these signs? We BD 2 days ago and planning on BDing 2moro...am I too late 2morro?? Ufff this is so confusing!

Any input would be greatly appriciated! x

I would say just bd as much as poss - being a natural cycle you could have 1 or 2 days of ewcm, personally I'd use it as an excuse to jump on my dh as much as poss!

I just don't get when is the best time to BD they say before is better then they say during ewcm is the best...? I never had ewcm before or during clomid... so i think this is the reason I havent got bfp before, so I'm hoping this is the key!!

You're right about both, it before and during. It's before (or at time of) ovulation, but during EWCM. You should BD AT LEAST every other day, but not more than once a day, until EWCM disappears and CP gets lower and feels harder. Waiting until tomorrow might be too late, might not, depends on how long his can survive. They generally last about 2 days but have been known to last for 5 days.

Well today I still have the EWCM and high cp so i guess it was the start of ovulation...i'm so happy i'm seeing these changes with my body cause they never happened to me before!!
