4-5 DPO cramping??

Ever experienced this before. At 4 DPO on 12/27 I got very strong AF like cramps. I know implantation is too early and it’d make AF 10 days early. I’m coming up on CD 21 on 12/28. Had positive OPK on CD 15(Dec 22). Felt ovulation pains on 12/23 so took it as I ovulated then. Going into 5 DPO I’m still having small on and off AF like cramps. I’ve heard this can be related to a rise in progesterone after ovulation. I don’t have a reliable way to track temperature. I normally don’t cramp until just a few days before AF. Has anyone ever experienced this and later got BFP? Or has anyone experienced this at all? Any stories or comments welcome. Even if it’s to say hi. Thanks for listening to this worry wart.

I sometimes get crampy around that time. I know the Fallopian tubes are contracting the move the egg down towards your uterus so that may be the pain you’re feeling?

UPDATE: it’s now 8 days past ovulation and I’m feeling the same kind of cramping but not as intense as day 4 past ovulation...earlier today I felt like I couldn’t I couldn’t get the simplest of words out my mouth and couldn’t find the right simplest words in my brain... AF due 1/4/2020... what do you think? Please let me know in the comments...all responses welcome

I had similar to what you are experiencing it felt like I had done a ton of sit ups but in my pelvic area and got a positive at 7DPO x

Honestly I’m too afraid to test. Cramps have been feeling so much like AF like and last night(1/2) I sat in a hot bath(skin turned pink). Scared I’ve turned what could be a potential pregnancy to a loss

UPDATE: I know some of you may feel like I’m journaling but just wanted to share another update. This may mean nothing but no AF symptoms except some gas and increased hunger. Cramps have basically disappeared. I’m praying that this isn’t the “calm before the storm”. Feel free to continue to chime in on any thoughts.
