4 day very light period and boobs still hurt??

Im spotting that lasted 4 days and hardly needed a pad nothing like my usual
My boobs still hurt too usually return to normal after and bleed.
took a prego test today which was negative.
Im geting on and off AF pains
i just dont know what to think at the min as anyone had this befor and got there BfP?
