4 months sleep regression. Yawn yawn yawn...

I thought we'd be free of it but I must have been crazy to think that lol !!!

Evie has been in her own room for about 2 weeks now and it was going SO well.

She would have her night feed and go down very easily and sleep for about 9 hours. It was bliss until now

When she is put down she will fuss and wake a little and it takes about 30 mins to settle her and she keeps waking and being WIDE AWAKE and it takes me hours to settle her

She has just started rolling and sitting more so I guess her brain is on overload

How long does the regression last?

Maya was the same but it only lasted for about a week. We had one really bad night where she was still awake after midnight and then only slept for a few hours but then that was the end of it as for the past five nights she's fallen asleep really quickly and not stirred at all, in fact now she sleeps better than she did before. Hopefully it'll be over soon with Evie as well!!

Hope at end of tunnel hon, our regression only lasted a week or so too x

Isabelles only lasted about a week or so then she went back to normal. xx

I suppose all good things come to an end, Evie gave us good sleep for a long time
