4 months to wedding and panicing

We get married on 1st of may and so far all we have done is book church andreceptipn got my dress and oh jacket and that is basically it.

Also all we have is the money for church and reception and that's all. Starting next week we can save again. We had baby on 15 nov so that took over a bit.

Please tell me we still have plenty of time.

I have just under 7 months and have quite a bit to do aswell.

What do you need to sort etc, I might have numbers & contacts I can pass on to you since we're up the road.

Try and put some time aside for serious knuckle down wedding planning, maybe ask a family member to look after LO for the day? You'll be surprised how quickly things come together. xx

Well I was looking before and 90% of the hotel has to be paid 10 weeks before. Have you decided what food you're having and been in for a taster session etc? Are you planning favors, chair covers, venue decoration?

We are only having the buffet so I don't think we go for a taster sess for that. I do need to contact them though as we want to have some extra food later on say some sandwiches and chips or something. The mil has got some vases fort centrepieces I need to get some mirrors to put them on and some crystals. I want favours but I don't know what yet.

I got my mirrors in Flint B&M (nr sainsburys) they're £3.00 for 2 (sometimes they have them sometimes they don't - i just pick them up if I'm in and they've got them.) There's a place on the wirral nr my mums that sell the crystals I've not managed to find them round here although I'm sure ebay will have them.

Me & My OH are making the most of the taster sessions - we already know what were having but were not telling NH that until we've tasted the whole menu....he he he!!!

I will have look in b and m. Never thought of there, though our vases are pretty big. I will prob get crystals fron eBay as I want royal blue ones. Trust us to pick one of the hardest colours to find.

Yeah good idea on the tasters. Why not make the most of it. I should make contact with nh as I havnt in months.

my wedding is on May 1 too!! I got lucky with a complete all inclusive package at my venue.

Well made some progress this weekend. Bought the material for the pageboys jackets. Jobs for this week is to look into mobile hairdresser, contact the venue and sort a meeting for jacket maker.

Well another successful weekend. Boys jackets in process of being made now. My dream car booked and invites bought. Getting there slowly. Xxx
