Wonderful holiday during which I avoided greasy food, ate lots of vegetables, and STILL suffered a massive breakout  :haha: Seems to be getting better now though.

5 dpo! Not feeling anything out of the ordinary.

cd 4 for me ladies but i think im going to be making an app. with my regular doctor to find out about switching my metformin to the extended one or giving me some kind of diet/weight loss pills because i cant take it anymore this extra weight is just driving me nuts and bringing me down to much

Hey girls,

Just wanted to update on what's going on with me. I haven't been feeling well the past few weeks - pretty much constant nausea, pelvic pain when standing for long, gas bloating, some vomiting, fatigue, extreme thirst - all of that fun stuff. I finally when to the ER on CD 16/17 (12/21), and the blood work showed elevated White Blood Count (with some sort of shift that indicated bacterial infection) and some other blood work came out high as well (that pointed towards possible appendicitis). They did a cat scan and said my appendix was fine, but that if I didn't get better within two days, I needed to go see a regular doctor for an Ultrasound of my gallbladder & pelvis. I know that I have gallstones, but they thought they weren't the cause of my symptoms, but now I'm not so sure.

I absolutely hate whining about physical ailments on here, but to keep it short, I get terrible nausea throughout the day and then at night in bed, I finally get it to go away until I move or roll over, and then it comes back - and I wake up with it.

We didn't TTC this month (I usually ovulate on CD 17 or 18), so no updates there. I have an appointment at 2:00 with my regular doctor, and I'm scared my DH will be mad because we only have $40 for the week, and the copay is $20. (He has a brain injury and doesn't tend to understand that everything isn't about HIM, lol)

Just felt like I need to talk to someone. :-)

Andella!! It is so wonderful to see you! I hope you start to feel better soon!! Stick around honey, we missed you!

Dh and I have decided to renew our vows! Depending on when I fall PG is when we will do it. If I dont conceive in the next 2 months, then we will do it on our wedding anniversary in Sept.If I am PG now or next month then we are moving it up to May 17th which was our first date. I have already found a place and everything! We have decided that since this vow renewal is really about us and our commitment to eachother that it will just be the two of us. So we are going to book into a bed and breakfast for the weekend complete with a renewal ceremony, the honeymoon suite, chocolate covered strawberries, picnic lunch, candlelight dinner, etc. My parents will be watching DS and hopefully I will be hugely pregnant when we go! Lol! So no hot tub, but sparkling cider! Haha! I can't wait!

This is the package, plus we get all of the ammenities of the B&B itself. It is georgous and got tons of raving reviews!

Luxurious two night accommodations in Honeymoon Suite
Complementary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival
8” Wedding Cake
Brides Bouquet
Grooms Boutonnière
Justice of the Peace
Full Breakfast by Candlelight
$675.00

I cant wait to pick out a big flowy maternity wedding dress. It is just so fitting if I am pregnant when we go as we were PG with DS when we got married! Lol!

Hoping things get figured out so you can start feeling better, Andella!

Brandy, the vow renewal sounds a-freaking-mazing.

As far as me...
CD 19, 6 DPO, little over a week till AF is due. No symptoms or weirdness which I am taking as a good sign!
Fingers crossed we got our anniversary egg!

hope you start feeling better soon andella :hugs:

Brandy, I have to say the plans for your vow renewal sounds absolutely brilliant and very romantic :cloud9:

good luck for testing StarLit :)

I'm cd 12 today, not sure what's happening with me. Am waiting on a positive opk, but we're :sex: every other night / day, just so that we can keep all the bases covered :)

We've been shopping today, I got some more make up and perfume in the sales, tomorrow we're going sleepsuit shopping in the sales to put away ready for when we do get a bfp. My fella is starting to take supplements as of tomorrow, he's got vitamin c, vitamin e, b 12 and zinc to take in the morning lol

As for me, I feel like I'm coming down with something too :( my cheeks are absolutely roasting and my nose is all bunged up - yuck :(

Hey andella! It's good to hear from you but I am sorry you have been so miserable. Hope everything gets sorted out quickly.

Brandy your plans sound amazing! Where is the bed & breakfast? I'm trying to talk DH into taking a "babymoon" soon since we never really got to celebrate our first anniversary. I've always wanted to try a B&B.

Starlit, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I've got a good feeling for you this cycle! Lots of :dust:

anyone on this thread considered 'obese' or 'morbidly obese'? such ugly words... and ttc? using clomid? IUI? etc?

Welcome Kayla! Yes, many of us if not most of us are in that catagory. And I know that there are also many that are using a few different forms of help with TTC. Please join us!

Thanks love!
I'm feeling so relaxed about this cycle - I really only worried about how many times we DTD after the ov time, and once I counted it up I realized we were totally covered :haha: So now I'm just relaxed and seeing what happens! It's nice.
