.

I totally see the line, hope it's your bfp hun x x x

Thanks!

I have my fingers crossed again. It helps hugely that I have tested with these tests in previous cycles (and a couple times while still on BCP), and never saw any kind of line in the second window. Ever. Only the control line, even after letting the test sit for hours.

I'll be testing again in a couple days... :flower:

Okay, need to vent!

How come it is so hard for a lot of women to get PG and all of these little teenagers are running around TRYING TO CONCEIVE and do so right away?!?! There is a thread in the pregnancy test section that has just sent my blood boiling! Ugh! This girl is 16 and has just found out she is pregnant AGAIN after a MC in Feb. She was actually TRYING to have a baby at 16?!?! WHo does that?? It's not a doll! It's not playing house and dress up!

Sorry, I'm done now. It just frustrates me to no end seeing these teenage girls walking around with bumps like it's the new tend.

Ugh, sorry, I said I was done. I just want my bump.........................

No, really, I know what you mean. At 16, even though I was quite responsible (I had a job, was in school, helped out with my then-7 younger siblings, and did a lot of babysitting), there is no freaking way I was ready for a baby. No way.

 16????

EDIT ** I've got nothing against the girl ... but she's still doing GCSEs she said

I thought I knew it all at 16 and boy was I wrong ... :(

Totally agree! I've always felt this way...

I told my dH that we may be expecting :D

He's cautiously happy. Which means, he's happy but now he's worrying about being a dad.
:dohh:

I told him that I remember when he was worrying about being a husband and that turned out fantastic, so I know he'll be a wonderful dad.

He's still worrying.

congrats hun i hope this is it for you!
about the trying to get prego at 16, i agree its not always the best but who am i to judge?
the problem i have is with the women who do drugs and sleep around or who just should not have kids are prego, thats what bugs me when im not doing any of that and willing to be with my kid every second and i dont get one

What is the difference between a pink dye test and a blue dye test?

The tests I have are the CVS brand answer to a FRER, or that's what it says on the box...

You are absolutely going to hate me...but those are absolutely the worst tests on the market for false positives and evaps. Far, far too many of us have had our hearts broken by them. I took nine myself - all had blue lines darker than yours, and wasn't pregnant any of those times. I really, really, really hope yours is a true BFP, but please be cautious and get a pink dye test.

Sorry & hope it get's way, way, darker!!!

My guess is that half of them aren't really being honest...I've seen some pics that are probably even fake BFP pics...you know...stories that don't add up, etc. Anyway, the thing to remember is that it doesn't impact whether or not we have babies in any way...it's just hard because it doesn't seem fair.

As for me, I managed to BD day of ovulation as well as day before. I'm actually wondering if the reason I've been trying for so long is because I thought I O'd way earlier than I do....

We'll see! yay for 1 dpo!

Am I the only one here, lol?

So I try to keep my POAS addition a secret from my husband. He doesn't like the idea of me being obsessed with it (which I'm not, I just think it's fun to POAS). I told him that if he finds a test or a test box, "We aren't going to talk about it. It's just something I do." And he's fine with that.

Then my 2 year old found an old $tree test by the computer when we were watching TV, and he picked it up, started squinting, held it close to his face, and went over to the window and held it up to the light while scrutinizing it.

I could have died! My husband was like, "What does he have? What's he doing?" I changed the subject and whisked it away.....

Hahahaha! Too cute! And no, your not alone! Lol!

Didi you know that I secretly stalk you?

I do understand where you're coming from, but at the same time, I was 18 when I started TTC, and I've had 2 losses before getting my bump aged 20.
Does that make me just as bad? What age would you say was appropriate for starting TTC?
Note: I'm not stirring here, I promise, I'm just asking :flower: :hugs: :flower:

Oh, hun, of course not! I think it's much less the age of the person as it is their attitude. TBH, I'm 33, and sometimes when I see people TTC even in their early 20's I think at first, "Woah! That's way too young!" But then I thought about myself for a moment and realized that I would've been an awesome mom at 18. So it's not the age. It's the attitude. :-)

Betty, I was wondering where you were!!

Oh, and I've lost more weight! I'm now at 260, from a high of 292 earlier this year. Totally shocked when I stepped on the scale today. I kept getting off, and on, expecting it to be higher...but nope!

Good to know I 've stalkers, too Brandy! I thought I was all alone...:-(
