4dpo and I think this may be a good sign

So for the past couple of days I've been having headaches, a little nausea, irritable, sore boobs and very sore under my arm. Also my belly feel like I have been doing sit ups forever and my legs and joints are achy. Today I noticed some creamy white like lotion discharge.. (sorry Tmi). I wonder if that could be a sign. Me and dh had sex everyday during my ovulation so I'm hoping this is my month.
