4dpo - light spotting and cramping

So I am only 4dpo but have noticed a light pink bleed on panty liner- similar to the one I got 4 days ago at ovulation (sorry if TMI), and have had a few cramps. What is going on? Obviously too early for implantation bleed. Has anyone experienced this?

Sorry I don't have any answers but similar things happening to me now.

I had one lot of pink cm at 2dpo, and one lot of beige cm today at 5dpo,ff can't confirm ov yet since my temps are so awful, do you chart? I'm absolutely certain I O'ed despite not getting my crosshairs so I'm guessing it's a very low progesterone issue, I normally have a short lp but I've always had O confirmed at 3dpo and never had spotting this early big hugs!
