4th pregnancy & horrid cramping

hey everyone.. question... I'm on my 4th pregnancy & experiencing really horrible cramping... this morning I couldn't move at all due to the pain... it lasted for about 2 mins... weirdly enough I kinda have a feeling I'm having more than one baby... I have three girls & them pregnancies were a breeze but this one feels so much different... can anyone shed some light on what I'm experiencing or anyone going through the same??

I'm pregnant with my first and am 4w4d along - I've been having really bad menstrual cramping for the past week, sometimes I have to sit down and take a deep breath to get through them. I haven't been to a doctor yet but I've read that it's normal...at least I hope it is!
