4th round clomid and Lap&Dye appt

Hi Ladies,

So I am not sure how I am feeling right now, had another appointment with my FS yesterday, he has given me another 3 months of clomid but changed it to cycle days 2 - 6 instead of the 5 - 9 that I have been doing...My OH has been checked and he has great sperm and I am reacting extremely well to the clomid so my doctor is just baffled... It's been almost 5yrs now and I have never ever had a positive pregnancy test....

My FS will be calling me when he has booked my Lap&dye... I am scared to get the L&D as I am highly allergic to shellfish and have read that the dye they use contains shellfish (how crazy is that)... I am going to have to discuss this beforehand and hopefully they have more than one type of dye they can use..... I am just getting so tired of trying....

I need to hear some success stories...

Hi - sorry didnt want to read and run. I am currently on 3rd round of clomid and have 3 more to go. I have been trying for approx 3yrs and not the faintest hint of a BFP ever. I have had all the bloods and HSG but no LAP (FS is against it for some reason). My DH has above average sperm too - so Im baffled as to why the hell its not happening for us either. We are on the IVF waiting list for next APril.

Im sure if you speak to the Dr they will have an alternative dye they can use that doesnt contain shellfish (weird that it does though isnt it?)
