I'm 5 dpo (6 max). Confirmed by OPK's and ewcm. I know it's early but I have been having dull cramps, I feel a little bloated and ive had a light backache all day today and a little bit yesterday. I usually don't get this until AF is here. I'm not bleeding or spotting either. Could this mean anything or is it still too early? Thank you!

It's possible to implant as early as 6dpo, albeit uncommon. Fingers crossed for you!

Early days yet, could go either way. Most early pregnancy symptoms are also AF symptoms, so hard to know until that BFP.

Thank you both. I didn't have cramping until after my BFP with my other two pregnancies. No spotting or bleeding and af isn't due until next week. So confused

I think it's hard to tell since pregnancy symptoms and general luteal phase and PMS symptoms can be so similar, but it's definitely possible. I have had faint positive hpts from 7dpo onwards so early implantation definitely does happen
