5 days late and spotting? Seeing lines again?

I'm 5 days late and just feel pregnant. I can't explain it. I feel so full in my uterus and I have had some spotting that looks like implantation bleeding? It's only when I wipe! Am I seeing lines again or no? I'm wondering if I ovulated late due to my recent lack of birth control?

i cant see much color in that line! hmm i remember you before.. did you take tests days ago and it still came up with a strange faint line?

Yes I did. I'll go to the dr tomorrow and hopefully I can get some blood work done. Still no sign of AF.
