5 weeks post c section ?

Hi , I am going to ring my health visitor tomorrow but as it's bank holiday i can't talk to anyone .

As the title says I'm now just over 5 weeks from having my c section , I have still been bleeding for these 5 weeks but it is very minimal I then stopped for a few days with a tiny amount every now and then , but today I've started bleeding ( now red ) , I'm not in no pain or discomfort I feel a bit drained and I think it's my periods re starting .
Could this be my period this early ?

I had the same happen to me and googled it - apparently between 4 and 6 weeks it can be quite common to start bleeding again. I didn't find a reason as to why but lots of people being told when they had their section to expect bleeding again in that time frame. Mine slowed down agsin after another couple of days

Agree with george83. It's normal to stop bleeding and then start again during the postpartum period. It should stop again soon.
