5dpo crampy, nausea, headache and brown spotting

Wonder if this is implantation. This happened with my other pregnancies. I've been spotting since late last night. I have a pad on to see the color and it's brown. Mostly streaks but I feel it coming out. Now I've got a headache, nausea and tiny cramps down below.
