6 weeks pregnant tomorrow and bleeding

Hi all,

I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant and over the last two days there's been a bit of blood when I wipe. It varies from pink to a very watery red but only a small amount and not everytime I go.
I've read that this teamed with cramping can be bad and I'm confused because I've had camping since I found out its not painful just uncomfortable I phoned my doctor but they can't see me till tomorrow they recommended bed rest.
Has anyone else had this I'm so frightened.

Also I've had no morning sickness at all ... Just sore breasts, frequent urination and fatigue is this anything to worry about ?

I had no sickness with any of my pregnancies really and this time I had cramp from 4 weeks till 14 weeks.
I also had a small bleed at 6 weeks and was told that although it's common, its not normal and you need to be scanned to be checked xx

light bleeding isn't a big deal (especially if brownish) but it would help if you go in bed rest until 24hr after the bleeding stops.

i totally understand your fear. I started spotting 10 days ago went to dr did more blood work and found out my progesterone was a little low so they started me on that and 4 doses later absolutely no spotting for 24 hours now had a sono done last week while i was spotting and he said yep i was prego and everything looked good the only thing he saw was a cyst on my cervix and he said that could possible be the cause but thank god they figured out what it was because i would have been crazy if i spotted the entire pregnancy due to a cyst. Bleeding early on is pretty common. I had it at 4.5 weeks, 7 weeks and 8 weeks and now have a healthy 6 month old. Just take it easy and rest up. I hope it all goes well for you

this is my second pregnancy - I`ve never had ANY morning sickness, just tiredness and constant slight cramping. I had a light bleed at 14 weeks that lasted 48 hours but turned out to be nothing.

Hi ladies thanks so much for your support got sent to EPU for a scan just to make sure everything's ok .... Baby is fine good size, in the right place and has a heartbeat weight lifted !!! Xxx now going to try and enjoy this pregnancy ! Xx
