6w2d preg bleed worried

Totally freaking out. All was going well. Had 2nd ultrasound today and hcg 26000 approx, progesterone 26. Baby measured 6 w and heartbeat 113. Now having discharge so looked and had to put pad. It's light red light pink. Is this normal? I am freaked out . Already so attached both me and hubby. Left message for nurse but want to cry

Many many women spot in early pregnancy and everything turns out fine. I remember a couple of weird times when I saw pink and it scared me but all was well. That said, call your dr and just let her know. You could always ask for more progesterone though--I don't believe more can hurt and it could help, or give you some peace of mind at least. Hang in there and know that yes, most likely it is very normal.

I bled a couple times early on in pregnancy. Around 6 wks pregnant and 14 weeks pregnant. I just had a healthy baby girl in August. Spotting is super common! But I did call the doctor both times, and went in one time to be seen just to reassure myself.

Thank you ladies as I feel like crying. Called clinic they aren't concerned but can go for scan tomorrow. It's bright red bleeding and quite a bit. Praying.

TMI, I had a good size clot pass when I went to urinate. I cried a lot. Don't know what that was and fear the worst. The bleeding seems to have stopped now with a bit of brown blood at wipes.

Will go for scan tomorrow. DH thinks it's the ultrasound done today. The doc who did it was a bit rougher and DH thinks he did something to cause the worst to happen. He wasn't our regular doc and if he sees him tomorrow I hope he doesn't blow off on him.

Stressed. Seems urinating more. Very tired was cold before but hot again now.

Praying all is well. Thankfully you get a scan tomorrow. Some spotting is normal especially if you don't have cramps.

Thank you all again. Just an update. The scan showed baby ok and with heartbeat of 124. I was told there's a bit more blood thingy and can expect some more bleeding but not to worry unless it's heavy or crampy. I've only had some light brown spotting/clots since that bit one passed. Hope I don't see any more bleeding. So scary.

Such good news! Sounds like a subchorionic hemorrhage which is very common and should resolve itself soon. Yay and congrats on your pregnancy!

hi,

I had bleeding from a subcronic hemotomo almost the entire pregnancy. It's an awful feeling bc you never know if you're having a miscarriage or bleeding from the homotomo. Mine never stopped until my beautiful daughter was born. Hopefully yours does! Good luck!
