7+1wks and having sharp pains!!

for last two days now ive been having sharp shooting pains down towards my pubic bone! im a little worried as with my other pregnacys i didnt have this in first trimester and ive had next to no symptoms so far! with my other 3 by now id of been sick or feeling it!

anyone else had it and whats your outcome? like stretching, mc, uti???

I get some sharp pains that come and go but more around the ovary or uterus area...with my first pregnancy I had terrible cramping, so bad I thought it was AF visiting and wore a pad for 3 whole days

If the pain is constant (doesn't come and go) and it's growing bigger then a trip to the Dr. is recommended.
