7 DPO are these promising symptoms?

Hello ladies I am 7 DPO and I know it's early but I tested and got a bfn all this morning I had major aches in low back, cramps that made me a little nauseous, and lot of slippery CM. I'm due for af on feb 18, could these be promising symptoms?

Now I feel nothing. I'm afraid if a bfn. This is our 3rd month TTC.

Hi ladies id like to join! I am 8dpo i had an IUI on feb 5th. This is my second IUI. after 7 months of trying we found out my hubby had azosperm so we have to go the donor route. last month i had every symptom and got a BFN this month i have nothing. I have been pretty good up until today but today im feeling very anxious and doesnt help that i got a BFN hoping its still to early... This TWW SUCKS!!!!!

I have so much slippery CM today! My clerix feels medium hardness and not too high, but not exactly low either. Help!
