7 dpo pain in sides? Implantation

I try not to look too much into things, it just stresses me out.

Yesterday (6/7dpo...not sure which) I started to get horrible sharp pains in my sides, below the hip bone and slightly to the side. I also felt like I had hurt my back. It hurt beneath the shoulder blades and around the sides. it felt like I had a stitch, from running etc
I felt awful, dizzy and just off. Only last half hour. I then felt fine.
Didn't think much of it until I got home and searched on internet.
Could this be implantation cramps?
Got a small twinge this morning but nothing else. I am not holding out much hope, just curious.

I don't know Hun but I've had some weird cramps too and I'm 7DPO. Kind of a tugging feeling rather than pain.

It's all so confusing isn't it

It def is. Though I do not expect to see a BFP this month, it does got me thinking about it all.
No more pains so was prob just me and my never ending achy body
