7 week old not eating

My 7 week old has gone from taking 90 per feed to about 60 ml.
She was at the doc last week who said she had oral thrush, reflux and colic. She has been taking medicine for the thrush and was given gaviscon for the reflux. She was really constipated and not eating over the weekend so I took her to hospital and the doc there said to stop the gaviscon.
Her feeding did get a bit better for a couple of days but its getting bad again.

Could it be the thrush stopping her from eating ?

Also, she is on aptamil and I am almost out - should I keep her on normal aptamil or switch to the comfort one ?

Maybe it's the thrush medication making the milk taste funny? Not sure how you would counter this though. Maybe ask your Hv for advice. xxx
