Do i need to go on an empty stomach or anything, my first appointment so just booked it and wasn't told anything.

I've never been told no food.. My yes you usually need a full bladder unless they re doing an internal. But your good to eat.

You can eat beforehand
Just make sure you have a full bladder so that it pushes your uterus up and they can get good views

It will be internal. I was never told about no food or full bladder. Actually, before each appointment I did a urine test.
