Hey ladies ,
I am just curious is 7dpo too early to get nausea ?? Took a test this morning BFN but I’m horribly nauseous ! I didn’t have any symptoms with my first kiddo ( and it’s been over 5 years). Just curious

Unfortunately I feel it’s unlikely to definitely be a pregnancy symptom this early on, simply because implantation in the vast majority of cases doesn’t happen until 8-10DPO, and only after implantation is completed HCG starts being produced. I’m also a believer that if one has pregnancy symptoms, there should definitely be at least the hint of a second, coloured line on a pregnancy test.

Is there a possibility that you may have ovulated earlier and are actually further than 7dpo?

But if you are indeed 7dpo, then it’s still such early days. If you can, do try to hold out until at least 10dpo, because by then you should definitely be getting at least a faint positive if you did in fact conceive this cycle. Myself, I’m waiting until 12dpo to test just like my previous cycle!

BTW - there is a site in which you can find the statistics of a positive pregnancy test (if pregnant) by DPO: Pregnancy test results by day past ovulation - Countdown to pregnancy

The same website also shows you the signs/symptoms per DPO and the likelihood of eachone being a preg symptom! Early pregnancy symptoms by day past ovulation - Countdown to pregnancy

My fingers are crossed for you - wishing you get your bfp! :haha:

Thank you!!! I’m wondering if it’s due to the surge of progesterone you get, but I don’t feel like I’ve felt this before. Probably in my head or I’m getting sick lol
Thank you for the advice and resources !!
