8 day luteal phase

Hi ladies this is cycle 3 ttc #2. First two cycles were ntnp so I don't know when I ovulated. This cycle I ovulated cd18 and then yesterday 9dpo af arrived!!! When ttc #1 I charted for ten months and my lp was consistently 14 days. Why would it be an short now? Has anyone had this where it has changed to being so short? I'm just so stressed about it all again now and it's only cycle 3

Anyone had a short luteal phase or dealing with a luteal phase deficit??

i'm sorry i didnt want to read and run but i'm not really sure... i'm sure it can vary on certain months? like maybe one month it can be long and another it could be short... i'm sorry i'm not more help
